DesignMax · A Digital Solutions Agency
Tools shaped around the way you work.
DesignMax creates custom apps and paperless workflows around the needs of small businesses. We begin with an everyday operational problem and design a practical tool to help your team manage it.
Talk to Daytona about custom apps ↗What can this help with?
When documents, forms, and task updates are scattered, a standard tool may not match the process your team follows. A custom app can bring selected steps together into a clearer workflow, using familiar business tools where appropriate.
Examples to explore
- Organize document intake and the steps needed to process it.
- Create a focused place to capture information and track a business task.
- Bring related forms, records, and handoffs into a workflow that fits your team.
These are examples of possible workflows; your project is scoped around your requirements.
How we approach your project
We review your existing process, define the people and information involved, and build and refine the agreed workflow. Access controls, information handling, and ongoing support are discussed as part of the project scope.
Common questions
What are CaseFlow and ChartFlow?
CaseFlow is a highly customized paperless document management system for law firms; ChartFlow serves medical practices. Both are in beta and are designed around how each practice already works. Participating practice names are private, and measured results have not yet been published.
Can you build around existing tools?
That is often the starting point. We assess your existing tools and requirements before recommending an approach; integrations and capabilities depend on the project.
Can I send records to get a quote?
Start with a general description of the process. Please do not submit patient records, legal case documents, passwords, or payment details through the public inquiry form.
